Greg Peistrup had a true passion for medicine.  He served as a medic for the United States Army. After leaving the military he began as an ER tech and worked his way through certifications and degrees until he became an Advanced Nurse Practitioner. Greg worked in many hospital emergency rooms in Las Vegas, as well as being an air ambulance nurse over the past 30 years. Throughout his career, Greg served as a mentor to many. Greg loved to teach and he always encouraged those around him to be the best. Greg's legacy will live on in the nursing care provided in Las Vegas and beyond. Greg lived life to the fullest, of all his passions, Greg's family ranked number one. Greg was a tremendous father to his sons, Christopher and Bryen and an amazing husband to his wife Kristin. While at scuba diving class with his boys, Greg met Kristin and later proposed underwater, complete with a ring in an oyster. 

ARTIST - LAURIE SIMKO: I went to the California Institute of the Arts, a school started by Walt Disney to combine all the Arts under one roof. I’m an oil, acrylic painter and mixed-media artist mainly focused on the natural world. When I start a new project I usually work out the ideas in a series of paintings using similar materials, visuals, concepts. It’s an evolving process that allows for experimentation, discovery and growth.
