Dr. Shaban Faruqui was a father, grandfather and husband first, and a doctor after. A gastroenterologist who practiced for over 30 years, immigrated to the US at age 24 looking for a new life, ultimately caring for thousands of patients. Kind, intelligent, patient, he changed many lives, and continues to after his passing.
