James House had a voracious appetite for learning about and a fascination with the human body. His sister, Catrisha House-Phelps, traces it back to childhood visits to a dialysis center where their father received treatments. “That was what tugged at his heart,” she said. “He just always wanted to know ‘why.’” House-Phelps said her brother adored his five children, treasured his anatomy and physiology books and got a kick out of the residents he cared for at Omni Continuing Care.

ARTIST - PEGGY P. YOUNGER: I am an artist, live artist, art model, poet and author. I started doing art at the age of five. Art gave me a voice when i thought i didn't have one and then i became a professional artist at the age of 25. Since then I've displayed my art throughout New York and Washington state and sold throughout United State's, Australia, United kingdom and Dubai. As a live artist i paint in front of an audiences with quick paintings ranging from 2 to 30 mins. I am an author and a poet. I wrote my first poetry and art book in 2018, titled In Love With Art and have two color adult books.
